Terms & Conditions


1. Enrolment and Payment

  • A completed registration form and full payment are required to secure a place in any class.
  • Fees are payable in advance for the full term.
  • Places are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Attendance and Refund Policy

  • No refunds, reductions, or credits will be given for missed classes, whether due to illness, holidays, or other commitments.
  • In the event of class cancellation by the School (e.g. due to unforeseen circumstances), a replacement class will be offered or a credit issued.

3. Behaviour and Conduct

  • All students are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly towards staff, fellow students, and school property.
  • Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in temporary or permanent removal from the class without refund.
  • Bullying, discrimination, or aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

4. Clothing and Personal Belongings

  • Students should wear comfortable clothing suitable for movement and performance.
  • The School is not responsible for any lost or stolen personal items.

5. Health and Safety

  • Parents/guardians must inform the School of any medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements prior to the first class.
  • All students participate at their own risk, and appropriate care will be taken to ensure their safety.

6. Performances and Rehearsals

  • Students are expected to attend all rehearsals and performance dates where possible.
  • Commitment to performances, especially for older students, is essential for the success of the production.

7. Contact Details

  • It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to ensure that all contact details are kept up to date.

8. Changes to Classes

  • The School reserves the right to make changes to class times, teachers, and venues when necessary and will provide notice wherever possible.
